How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days after placing your order for our magical label fairies to create your custom order. Packages typically take 4 - 7 days from order placement to delivery. 

 

Is shipping free?
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. 

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of custom made and digital products we currently do not except returns or exchanges. However, This Joyful House is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or that your item is defective in any way, please email hello@thisjoyfulhouse.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand your frustration and we want to make it right!
